Description

Surgical and endoscopic extirpation of benign and malignant tumours. Plastic operations of malformations and congenital disorders. Exact diagnosis of urinary stones with preparation for extracorporal lithotripsia( ESWL ). Endoscopic removal of urinary stones. Ambulant operations (vasectomy, circumcision, hydrocele ) and cystoscopies. Transrectal sonograpy. Sonographic guided biopsies of the kidneys and the prostate. Transurethral resection ( incl. laser and evaporation ) of the prostate. Transurethral resection of bladder tumours and polyps ( papillomas ). Conservative and invasive treatment of impotence, infertility as well as male and female incontinence. Psychologic, pharmacologic, sexologic and psychotherapeutic approach in the guidance and management of midlife crisis and menopause.
