Not Worth It
1 personal trainer as far as I could tell. Nutrition plans included too many calories to effectivly lose weight. Meal plans weren't foods most people would be interesting in eating or have time to cook. "Personal Trainer" didn't seem to pay attention to the personal needs of the client. Wrote back hurried responses and didn't bother to read the client information. Waste of money and a lot of journaling time!!
